State-issued driver's license.
State-issued identification card.
U.S passport issued by the U.S Department of State.
U.S military identification card.
ALL FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION MUST BE CURRENT AND UNEXPIRED
If you DO NOT have acceptable identification, credible identifying witness can be used. This person MUST personally know you, HAVE ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION, and be willing to swear to the notary that they know you.
